Our Process
DESIGN PHASE
Working alongside the builder, architect, and project developer, we collaborate with the client to create detailed concept drawings of your vision. Working directly with the builder streamlines the construction process and aligns your budget with your expectations.
SCOPE PHASE
Together with the builder and project developer, collaborative product selections are executed. Input and detailed pricing is obtained from each relevant subcontractor, who are thoroughly vetted by the builder. After careful review to ensure every line item is priced accurately and all elements are accounted for, the builder presents the proposal to the client.
BUILD PHASE
Following project approval and the pre-construction phase, the builder mobilizes our team of skilled carpenters. Throughout the course of construction, the builder is in constant communication with the client to provide regular updates and review sessions.
